Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Recognized Human Resources accreditation (SHRM, CIPD) is preferrable
Minimum 7 years as an HR Generalist Education industry experience is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of Management experience in leading Human Resources operations including leading and coaching direct and non-direct reports
Experience in a matrix-organisation
Strong understanding of the UAE culture
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills
• Sound working knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
• Competent using IT systems, including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and prioritisation skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and oral (Arabic proficiency is desirable)
• Intermediate proficiency in HRM ERP platforms based on the complexities and nuances of the organisation structure.
• Attention to detail with diligent follow up, and able to execute in a timely manner.
• Skilled in multi-tasking and handling pressure.
• Forethought and forward planning (particularly as this relate to local Government compliance matters).
• Capable of influencing people and talented in networking with cultural sensitivity
